Madison County Public Library is proud to offer a new service to the Kingston area.  Library-on-the-GO is an electronic locker system that allows patrons to place holds on library materials and pick them up anytime day or night in a location convenient to the Kingston community.  Library-on-the-GO may be used by any MCPL library patron.  A library book drop has also been placed at this location for easy returns.

Here's how it works.

· Get special Library-on-the-GO code sticker from any MCPL library location

· Place item(s) on hold online or by phone using your special sticker code.

· When your item(s) are available, the library will deliver them to electronic lockers installed at the            Kingston-on-the-GO location.

· The library will notify you that your materials are checked out to you and are waiting. You have three days to collect them from your Library-on-the-GO.

· For pickup, enter the last 7 digits of your library card in the keypad, press the "ENT #" and  your box(es) will open.

· Remove your items and receipt.

· Concerned about getting your materials back to the library on time? Just return them to the remote book drop or any MCPL library location.

Best of all, these lockers can be accessed twenty-four hours a day so we bring you service that fits your schedule.

MCPL has recently added Book Returns at the Library-on-the-GO in Kingston and at Cole's Moberly Shell in Waco.
