Dive in to a new piece of software every month.  There are tons of free to use programs available, and some of them are actually useful!  Learn to edit video, design 3D models, create circuit boards, and more.

This month we will be using OpenShot Video Editor.  Primary goals of the class are to learn how to use transitions to smoothly move between video clips and add background music.  Sample video and audio files will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring you own video and audio files to work with, just save your files to a USB flash drive and bring it with you.  Please limit video and audio file length to 1 minute, long files will take too long to process during the class.

In order to use our Maker Lab effectively you will need basic computer skills, including usage of a mouse or trackpad, general internet use, and the ability and desire to use and learn the software used to control the devices in our lab.
