In cooperation with state and local efforts to minimize spread of the COVID-19 “coronavirus,” all Madison County Public Library locations remain closed in accordance with State of Emergency orders. Library staff continue to report in, working to provide as much service as we can, while avoiding in-person contacts. Plans will continue to be monitored, and we will re-evaluate throughout the month. All of our book drops are now closed, so please hold materials to return once the library is able to re-open. No fines will be assessed, and the 30-item per card limit is being dismissed. If you have returned items recently, don't worry if they still show up on your account -- all returns are currently being quarantined. Our wide array of digital services remain available through our website.
