Program Description
Event Details
The University of Kentucky is teaming up with local organizations to enroll participants in a diabetic research study.
Each participant will receive six individual health coaching sessions to help improve diabetes self-management. In addition, some of the participants will be selected to attend the Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP) courses.
