Reserve a Room

**Please note: while Madison County is a designated COVID-19 Red Zone, the following protocols are required for meeting room usage:

  • Masks, covering both the nose and mouth, are required to be worn at all times inside the building.
  • Social distancing - remaining 6 feet apart - is required.
  • No food or drink is permitted inside the building.
  • Meeting rooms are limited to 2 or fewer attendees.

If you would like to host a hybrid meeting of in-person and online attendees, please let us know and we'll be happy to help! 


Host your group’s meeting at the library! Community meeting rooms are available at both library locations. Our rooms feature audio visual equipment, including projectors and screens, a sound system, blu-ray player, and VGA/HDMI connectivity. Laptops are available upon request.

All meeting room reservations are subject to library staff approval. 

Meeting Room Guidelines

  • Meeting rooms may not be used for direct sales or private parties.
  • Admission fees cannot be charged for meetings or programs.
