MCPL Outreach is proud to participate in Richmond's annual Halloween Hoedown, sponsored by Richmond Parks and Recreation! Bring the whole family for some spooky fun all evening long on Main Street in Richmond! The MCPL booth will be in attendance with fun giveaways, plenty of candy, and some ghoulish treats!
