The Monarch’s Tale: An Amazing Migration Story. See wonderful slides of Monarch’s in Mexico. In addition to discussing the where, why, and how of the amazing Monarch migration, audiences will learn the difference between butterflies and moths, learn interesting butterfly behavior (did you know that they taste with their feet?) and what to plant in their gardens and back yards to attract butterflies. See displays of butterflies and moths and cocoons The second half of the program is a wonderful tee shirt craft. everyone will come away with their own handmade butterfly tee shirt made with spray dyes and stencils
Recommended for ages 6 and up.
