This short workshop is specifically designed for folks with little or no experience using a sewing machine but want to learn the basics. Together we will cover how a sewing machine works, what all the buttons and parts do, how to thread the machine, how to wind a bobbin, balancing thread tension, how to care for the machine and of course, how to sew successful seams! The goal of this workshop is for folks to leave confident and ready to sew. Participants are encouraged but not required to bring their own machines.
