This course will assist students to safely and effectively use technology for learning, working, and accessing services. Students will learn how to operate electric devices, communicate digitally, and use online resources.

Classically Read Book Club invites adult readers to explore timeless literature from a variety of historical periods and age categories.

Madison County Adult Education offers free English Language Learners classes for those who want to improve their reading, speaking, and written English language skills.

We promote preschool literacy with conversation, parachute play, music, movement, and picture books. Activities end with stations (occasionally preschool crafts). It may get messy—please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 3-5.

Stop by the Berea Location to watch the Berea Woodcarver Group in action, hear some great stories, and learn a thing or two about wood carving. 

Little Artist Story Time introduces preschoolers and their caregivers to basic art ideas through two engaging picture books, a fun hands-on craft, and group sharing.

Learn about the history of afternoon tea with us as we enjoy one ourselves. We will have light refreshments and of course, all the tea you can drink. Teen programs are intended for those aged 11-17. 

Learn the ins and outs of mini-circuits and how we can make them with everyday things! Teen programs are intended for those aged 11-18.

Crash Course is a weekly introduction to the machines and equipment housed in the Makerspace and will include basic operations, materials selection, and even resources to start your very own project. 

This program is one part of the four component model of Family Literacy. Parents will learn how to leverage soft skills - communication, professionalism, teamwork, and critical thinking – to bridge the home and classroom for their child.

Peaceful Play is designed with shy or neurodivergent children in mind, though all are welcome.

We love learning different types of literacy through reading, music, movement, and play. It may get messy; please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 0-5. 

Join us for an interactive story time for babies and their caregivers, featuring lap and finger plays, scarves, board books, songs, rhymes, and gentle movement that support early language and social skills.
