We'll be creating bug art with butterfly, dragonfly, and moth cut outs! We'll be using color diffusing paper, watercolor paint, droppers, and paint brushes to create some cool art.

Introducing Tween Crafternoon! Make a cool craft and enjoy a snack with kids your own age! This is a craft program intended for those aged 10-13.

Are you a fan of Japanese animation and manga? Join our monthly anime club, where we'll be celebrating all things Japan! Try some Japanese snacks, enjoy some fun crafts, and watch a few episodes of anime with us each month.

Join us in kicking off Movie Lover's Club! Throughout the spring, our theme is: "What's Popular"! Each week, we'll be showing a popular movie, serving snacks, and giving away a free and fun trinket.

Want to play VR? Want to try VR? Come join us for some Virtual Reality drop in play and try some VR games, and apps. If you have your own head set feel free to bring in and play with some new friends. 

Come hang out with friends or meet new friends over a cup of coffee (or tea). Our coffee cart will have everything you need to create a delicious brew. Games, simple crafts, and fun will be provided!

MCPL Outreach is proud to partner with Richmond Parks and Recreation for their annual "Kids to Parks" Day! Come join in the fun activities with plenty of local businesses attending. There's a ton to do at Kids to Parks Day!

Drop off your donated materials for the FREE MARKET during this designated time. Since the Library can not store Free Market materials, this is the only time to bring your items in to donate to the market. 

In-person FREE Markets are back!!! 

Bring items you no longer need, but someone else can use. Take things you find and can use. We never know just what will show up. 

The Madison Public Library will have a pop-up library at Newby Country Store in Richmond and kicking off summer break.  The Newby Foundation will have a pancake breakfast, and Black Cat Animal Rescue will have some adoptable pets on the back
