Week Calendar

We love learning different types of literacy through reading, music, movement, and play. It may get messy—please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 0-5. 

Following the KY Early Childhood Standards, we teach practical skills like using tools (scissors, tweezers, pencils, forks, etc.), recognizing patterns, and effective problem-solving. Each week we will have several themed stations.

In this program, preschoolers learn about their bodies, build strength, and practice mindfulness through yoga, reading, and movement—perfect for those who love to move and need help with emotional regulation. Meant for ages 3-5.

We promote preschool literacy with conversation, parachute play, music, movement, and picture books. Activities end with stations (occasionally preschool crafts). It may get messy—please dress appropriately! Meant for ages 3-5.

Every Monday, March 17-April 7, embark on a Phenomenal World adventure! CELTS students from Berea College lead nature-themed activities, exploring insects, mammals, rock formations, and more!

This week, EKU’s NOVA students are getting crafty with recycled cardboard to design Bigfoot costumes! Make your own Bigfoot feet, hands, and mask to bring the mythical creature to life.

Learn how dry erase markers use a special ink with a silicone polymer to prevent pigment from sticking to non-porous surfaces, and experiment with moving ink at various stations. Can ink float?

Join us for an afternoon of fun STEAM activities! From LEGO challenges to arts and crafts, fun experiments and games, learning through play is our goal! Each of the four stations focuses on a different aspect of STEAM education.
