Reset PIN
We have switched to a new ILS! We are very excited about this change as it will help us better serve our community. During our transition to our new system, all library card PINs had to be reset. Please follow the instructions below to reset your PIN.
- Click here to find our catalog and user account page.
- Find and click the login button at the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter you library card number in the username field and the last four digits of your library card number as your PIN.
- Click on the 'Account' tab. Here you can update your account information, including your PIN. PIN can be any length and can contain numbers and letters.
- Once you have made your desired changes, click the save button to save your changes.
- That's it, you're done! If you need assistance you can call your local branch for help.
Libby/Overdrive
There are two ways to get back into Libby/Overdrive:
- When logging into Libby/Overdrive you can use the last four digits of your library card number as your PIN.
- Follow the instructions above for resetting your PIN. If you reset your PIN back to your old PIN then Libby/Overdrive should be able to connect without you having to change any settings in Libby/Overdrive.
