Have you ever wanted to become a runner? Or perhaps you’re a veteran of running and want to get back into the sport? With the assistance of None 2 Run and MCPL Let’s Move! we can help you on your way!

This course is for beginners and seasoned runners and no running experience is required.

N2R is a running program designed by former USA Track & Field coach Mark Kennedy to get you moving as safely as possible. Unlike other popular running programs, N2R trains runners in the sport, but also how to strengthen your legs with targeted exercises and stretches to avoid injury. Learning at a slower place allows runners to build stamina to develop long term success.

NCSF Certified Personal Trainer Cinnamon Larkin will be on site July 6th to demonstrate proper form to execute these exercises.

Please print out the attached waiver, fill it out and sign, and bring to the first meet. Additional copies will be available at the meet.

All participants must wear athletic shoes and bring water. This is for safety and hydration.

Children are welcome to participate with a parental signed waiver. All children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times regardless if they are participating or not.

Battlefield Memorial Park has a parking lot where the group can park and will be able to find the program's coach.
