Start your Saturday morning with a gentle yoga class! Join us as Tiffany leads a class that teaches gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindful meditation.  
Second Saturday Yoga happens once a month on the second Saturday. 

Equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
