If you’re an aspiring young writer in grades 5-8, join local authors Marie Mitchell and Mason Smith on a journey to collaboratively write a short story in a single week—pausing along the way to discover how to create colorful characters, develop dynamic dialogue, sneak in some suspense and write a realistic resolution. We will be theming our stories around “The Haunting of the Madison County Public Library”.
We’ll wrap up the week with a public Author’s Reading at the library, manuscript signing, and refreshments, plus plenty of encouragement to keep on writing.
