Pequeños Parlantes/Little Speakers

Pequeños Parlantes: Discovering Spanish Language & Culture is a multi-week Spanish enrichment program for children, introducing language fundamentals through interactive lessons focused on vocabulary, pronunciation, and culture. Each session highlights a different Spanish-speaking country, helping students build foundational skills while gaining appreciation for the diverse customs, traditions, and voices of the Spanish-speaking world. The sessions will be led by Colton Smith, an EKU graduate student.

Clothing & Culture in Panama

This week, students will learn the basics of clothing and fabric vocabulary in Spanish. We’ll also explore Panama’s unique cultural identity, from traditional dress to the country's diverse heritage and customs.
